Credentialing - Become a Participating provider

In order to provide services to Keystone Mercy members as a "participating provider," practitioners must first be credentialed by Keystone Mercy.

Keystone Mercy maintains and adheres to all applicable State and Federal standards and regulations, Department of Public Welfare (DPW) requirements, and accreditation requirements governing credentialing and recredentialing functions.

The following types of practitioners require credentialing and recredentialing:

Allied Health Providers (Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists)
Audiologists Oral Surgeons
Certified Nurse Midwife Physicians (DOs & MDs)
Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners Podiatrists
Chiropractors Professional Counselor
Dentists Therapeutic Optometrists
Licensed Social Worker/Licensed Clinical Social Worker
