Member Scholarship

"Higher education allows me to dream realistically, to work, to serve, to mentor, to role model, and to shape the lives of others." - Member Scholarship Recipient.

Keystone Mercy Health Plan's Member Scholarship program provides academic scholarships to members so they can achieve their goals of obtaining a higher education degree. The program - funded by Keystone Mercy employees - awards about 40 scholarships annually to selected members who meet the criteria and plan to continue their education.

The program provides assistance to members, both recent high school graduates and non-traditional students, to help them pay for their education from an accredited college or trade school. Since its inception 20 years ago, the program has awarded more than 650 scholarships to members, totaling nearly $1.5 million.
